Full-process production line

We maintain a complete production line, from raw material blending to smelting, forging, rolling, wire drawing, and finishing, ensuring comprehensive control over the entire manufacturing process.

Melt

Titanium and Nitinol, providing a solid foundation for subsequent production. Two sets of the world advanced vacuum consumable arc melting furnace(VAR)、2500T electrode hydraulic press and vacuum plasma welding.

Forging

Bossin Metal are equipped with 2500T fast forging press, capable of thoroughly crushing the original β grains to achieve a higher quality grade and improved internal microstructure. Significantly reducing machining requirements while enhancing production efficiency, thereby providing robust support for downstream manufacturing processes.

Capability
Customized titanium alloys in bar, plate, discand ring based on customer’s demand.
All products must strictly pass inspections for dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, metallographic structure, mechanical properties, ultrasonic flaw detection, hardness, and any customer-specified tests.

Rolling

Bossin Metal are equipped with Titanium Bar Wire Precision Rolling Mill and continuous rolling production lines. Nitinol bar wire Rolling equipment, combined with Cold Drawing equipment.

Capability
Enhanced strength and consistency of titanium bar, with a finer metallographic structure, achieving Grade A1 standards.
Improved the surface finish and dimensional accuracy of the titanium rod.
Significantly enhanced production efficiency and product quality, The yield rate of titanium bar has increased by 5–8%.
